These sessions are based on the principle that success starts by accepting our current situation as it is, and from there find out what we want to accomplish and put the means to achieve it.
Module 1: Successful by nature
It helps the individuals to stop and reflect on their real aspirations while observing their current status. The focus is accepting and being aware of the current situation to start the thinking on the future stage.
Module 2: Positive reset
Daily, we come across with many unpleasant and difficult situations/people, and it is up to us how we best handle them.

Once we know what we really want to achieve the next step is to start doing it.
Organizational culture: Stress release program
From an evolutionary perspective, stress is considered the body’s innate capacity to self-preserve activating a “fight or flight” response to an external threat. It is in these moments that different mechanisms are activated to prepare our body for action.
These were helpful mechanisms for cave-men to survive real life threats. Today’s causes for stress are much less life-threatening but more frequent. The impact of this physical reaction for prolonged periods of time is the cause for multiple ailings.
The purpose of this program is to provide the participants with the tools to react differently and avoid the negative impacts of stress.
Block 1: Initial assessment
In this pahse the baseline stress levels in the organization and key root causes are identified. The data gathered also allows a customization of the program and an assessment of the progress at its completion.
Block 2: Mindset reset workshops
Three workshops guide the employees through the mindset dynamics that cause stress and methods to overcome them:
“Importance of thoughts”
“Introduction to Mindfulness”
“Happiness at work: Tips and Tricks”
Block 3: Follow-up practice
After each workshop, weekly exercises and personal guidance are provided during a 4-week period. During this time, individuals internalize the learnings of each workshop by practicing the techniques presented.
